Week 1: Lean Startup Methodology, Product

What is an MVP? How do we test ideas efficiently? Learn about Idea Validation, Product-Market Fit, Customer Journey and much much more this week, so when you give your Elevator pitch to a prospective investor, you speak the same language. During the course of 5 weeks, you will be building your own MVP! 

Week 2: Business & Value Proposition Canvas, Customer Journey

This is when it's all starting to be super exciting! Together, we crate your very own business canvas, the trainer will guide you through your own idea: you will create a clear picture on what your target market is, how to approach them, we will map out how your business will make money and other super interesting aspects of your product that you will need to succeed in the land of business.

Week 3: Branding & Marketing, KPI, Build your Tribe

It is important to build a personal brand as well as a business brand. Know the saying? "People do business with people they like". This week, you will learn exactly how to do that, and how you can position yourself as a KPI: Key Person of Influence in your industry and beyond. Moreover, you will learn about marketing funnels and how to build a happy and loyal customer base (tribe) that grows organically.   

Week 4: Sales, Business Finances & Legal

Making money, becoming profitable and doing things the right way are essential in order to create a viable business from day 1. Learn about the basics of business accounting, legal requirements, GDPR, tax and the most important KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor and how. 

Week 5: PR, Media & Partnerships

No one can do it alone! By being featured in the media or collaborating with the right business partner(s) you can accelerate your business. Just like anything else, this is also something you can master! With the right tools and advice, you will be able to create stories that grab the attention of journalists, moreover, we will also teach you how to connect with journalists and build lasting and meaningful relationships with potential business partners.
